Classic juniper and coriander seed aromas meet some cassia bark, ginger, black pepper, lemon, florals, and some savoury Sicilian olive. There's a lovely jamminess to this Gin with fresh lime notes cutting through the sweetness—in other words, it's perfect for a spritz!
