We’ve been eagerly awaiting Ondesa’s newest Rosé after last year’s blew us away! This latest cuvee is just as lively and inviting thanks to a palate of fresh orange, raspberry and fennel, all leading to a smidge of green herbs and just a little delicious bitterness. As far as acidity goes, there’s enough to cut through the texture, making for a really well-balanced wine. Bravo Nick and Amelia!
