A beautiful Mezcal made with two different species of agave—Espadin and the wild variety, Tobala which brings floral and herbaceous notes to the spirit. The agave is cooked in traditional earthen pits which imparts a smoky character to the spirit though this bottle has a lighter smoky profile that makes it approachable for both newcomers to mezcal and old friends alike.
