Just like its namesake, this is a carefree and delicious saison that's a perfect beer to have with lunch. After an initial fermentation with a Saison yeast, it was then dry-hopped with Saaz & Strisselspalt hops before adding a dollop of everyone's favourite farmhouse yeast, Brettanomyces, immediately prior to bottling. It's crisp and extremely refreshing, with delicate flavours of lemon peel, peach, white pepper, and biscuit. (750ml) 3.3% ABV
