Grown in one of our favourite Yarra Valley subregions, Dixons Creek, this is a cool climate-styled Shiraz that’s full of true-to-style dark fruits like violets and dark plums, whilst still being easy-drinking in the Bistro way – just like that inspiring Syrah we loved in the Rhône Valley too long ago.

BISTRO Shiraz 2022

Juicy like ribena but without all the sugar, and with a lot more going on, like a little oak derived tannin that adds some drive and means it can hang with a roast girello, or your daily slices of asiago cheese – yes, that reads daily. Maybe we'll call it the ribenix cube.

Allevare Sangiovese 2023

The finish is also really clean thanks to a hint of salinity and some chalky mineral feels. Sounds perfect with a tablecloth or picnic blanket.

BISTRO Grenache Blanc 2022

Lovely brioche richness is complemented with lifted white florals. Subtle autolytic savoury notes add further intrigue and depth. Light and fluffy with a savoury finish. Enjoy now or over the next five years.

Mitchell Harris Sabre Vintage Sparkling 2019

Made from Chardonnay & Pinot Noir, this has a fine creamy mousse and bead, with a little bready note, citrus, and stone fruit. Excellent value.
