Ready and waiting to fill your glass, this tasty number is primary and full of jubey cherry fruits upfront, wrapped with hints of herbaceous stem character thanks to that whole bunch in the ferment. Drinking deliciously now in its youth, but a little time in the bottle and this will reveal more of its underlying depth and charm.

Made with a fruit salad of Italian varieties grown by the good folk at Chalmers, there's lots of moreish watermelon rind in the glass—we're talking the whole pink-to-white to-green spectrum—with pink grapefruit and plenty of fizz. Made with King Valley Merlot, the latest iteration of Happy Sack pours a delightful Provence pink but with a little extra electric glow to it. TINA, an acronym for This Is Not Alcohol, is made by a Melbourne based duo Chrissie and Imogen using an oolong tea base combined with organic botanicals to layer complexity and intrigue. (330ml)

The wine is Barrel fermented in new, two and three year old French oak barrels. The medium bodied palate is balance and the fresh plum and blackberry fruit flavours are interlaced with a fine tannin structure.

Asher Shiraz 2019

When we were offered the chance to work with some beautiful organic Clare Valley Riesling, you can bet we jumped on a plane to SA quick smart. The fruit for this spent just a few hours on skins before being fermented and aged in Jen and Col's very cool, square-yet-squat-pyramid-shaped concrete tanks. The resulting wine is a beautifully aromatic Riesling that holds true to exactly what we were hoping to achieve—completely delicious in all its lime leaf, lemon grass and concentrated citrus glory. Floral, immediate and full of character, both in flavour and structure, and dialled up to the max in refreshment.
