Sourced from two blocks across the McLaren Vale, this is a Shiraz with a deep sense of place. Dark, blue berries lead the charge on the nose, before salted meats and a wash of lovely, chalky tannin sweeps the palate.

Aromatics of butterscotch lead to a palate of fresh golden delicious apple and a chalky dry finish. Made using a blend of organically grown Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada that are native to the region.

I actually like to bring delicious bottles like this to social events and then not share any, you might think that’s a little cold and weird – you’re right btw – but the joy the wine gives me makes me more pleasant to be around, and brings out a certain humour and charm.
