This is Patient Wolf's interpretation of the classic Sloe Gin style, with a few added curveballs. Sloe berries were handpicked from Blackthorn bushes in Tasmania and then macerated in Patient Wolf's Melbourne Dry Gin for 5 months. A very light addition of sugar was then added and then it was bottled at a much higher ABV than usual. The result is an intensely aromatic and powerful Sloe Gin with hints of blood orange, grapefruit, and redcurrants.
