This is balanced, complex, and aromatic, and goes beautifully served with cucumber.
A unique small-batch gin from Tasmania. They use Huon Valley apples to create their Eau de vie, then introduce Kunzea, hand-harvested Kombu, Tasmanian Pepper Berries, Leatherwood Honey, Juniper, Coriander, Orris, Angelica and Blood Orange - alongside water from a lake of snowmelt at the Mount Field National Park that feeds directly down to the distillery.
