A unique small-batch gin from Tasmania. They use Huon Valley apples to create their Eau de vie.
A nod to a London Dry style gin, yet this features four key botanicals; sage, abalone shell, Huon Pine and red grapefruit. All botanicals are sourced locally from either their own backyard or from friends and family. Try in a dry martini or with dry tonic and a sprig of rosemary.
