From the folks at Lantana Gin comes this exceptionally delicious Rhum!
Made with a base of biodynamic sugar sourced from Queensland, the sugarcane is crushed and wild fermented before being pot-distilled in a still they designed! After that, it's aged for two years in ex-red wine French oak casks, the result is rich and warming with layers of sweet sugarcane aromas.
