We teamed up with our mates at Dart Distilling to create a brand-new Gin!
A base Gin was created with carefully selected botanicals chosen specifically to complement the Pinot Noir—we're talking loads of juniper, thyme, cascara berries and pepper berries. Once perfected, the Gin was aged in an ex-Pinot Noir wine puncheon for nine months on Pinot Noir must sourced from Duke Vineyard.
The result? A deliciously Pinot-hued Gin that's perfect on its own or with a splash of soda.
