At the end of a long day, there’s nothing quite like a good beer. Since the recent explosion of the craft beer scene, we’ve had our eyes opened to the extensive reach of the amber brew—hell, sometimes it’s a different colour completely! If you're after hops galore, how about an IPA, or a slightly more subdued pale ale? We’re big fans of a malty backbone in our beers, and even reach for a roasty, toasty stout in the cooler months. If you’re here to experiment, mixed-fermentation beers open a whole new world of flavour, while a kettle sour is sure to do the trick on a sunny afternoon.
