Everything is delicate and balanced, from the nose which is subtle with cherry, earth and florals, to the fanning tannins that are ambient but eye-catching. This vineyard is right on the ocean too, so expect a little salinity and just imagine the view.

Anim Tinderbox Pinot Noir 2023

Predominately Pinot Noir, this year's iteration is richer and more opulent while retaining its balanced freshness. A little heathered honey, with layers of strawberry mousse, red apple skin and a nice jolt of citrus oil zing, with a low dosage at 3.5g. This release is based on the 2020 harvest, with 15% coming from the Lubiana reserve wine program.
