Delicately styled Grenache from McLaren Vale's Blewitt Springs, brimming with a heady perfume of lifted lavender and strawberries. While fruits feel delicate there is a nice firm structure to the wine, along with some red liquorice notes, light mineral salinity, and the beautiful upstanding cat's tongue tannins.
