Fluffy and softly red fruited with foamy, but still crunchy, red apples and just a little berry goodness, there’s some nice complexity here. It’s kept on lees to this day, so get ready for a lick of herby perfection. Shines at a house party and is radiant in the park.

There’s just enough sweet raspberry and nice dry savoury leafy tannins. A great dinner wine to accompany your finest Ital-inspired comfort foods, but also amazing with some dark chocolate on the couch and a (new) favourite film.

Little Reddie New! Nebbiolo Refosco 2023

Aromatics are pure, with heaps of tobacco leaf and some ripe cherry, black currant and just a nib of cacao. Goes very well with a light-to-heavy pullover.

The finish is also really clean thanks to a hint of salinity and some chalky mineral feels. Sounds perfect with a tablecloth or picnic blanket.

Bindi's Pyrette Shiraz is a satellite venture in the winery's lineup, made using fruit coming from a vineyard near Colbinabbin on the Mt Camel Range in Heathcote. It's a pure, expressive Heathcote Shiraz, unadorned by excessive oak and picked earlier for freshness.

De-stemmed fruit sees time in old oak, with a portion aged in concrete, for a wine with plenty of fruitfulness in the glass. Expect bright, fresh plums and blackberry, with a vanilla edge. Just delicious!

Croquet by Hennings Shiraz 2021

The wine is Barrel fermented in new, two and three year old French oak barrels. The medium bodied palate is balance and the fresh plum and blackberry fruit flavours are interlaced with a fine tannin structure.

Asher Shiraz 2019

This carefully handcrafted wine boasts purity in spades and is overflowing with character and charm. Fruit for this wine came from a unique vineyard overlooking the Goulburn River, sitting on rich alluvial soils in an area that’s home to many retired volcanoes—Dane has told us more than once that the quality of fruit from this spot is incredible! The Syrah is a blend of two separate ferments, which both underwent semi-carbonic maceration with 10 days on skins. In the glass, expect bright and lifted fruit flavours, with intermingling notes of bramble berries, boysenberry, and raspberry coulis. There’s a fresh acidity and energy to the wine that make it perfect for summertime drinking. It’s fantastic as is, but if we were you, we’d chuck this one on ice before drinking.

This lightly sparkling offering from the Chalmers family in Heathcote is sure to be a hit! Sherbety citrus, lychee florals, and Schweppes lemonade with a slight tingle of spritz to keep things light and refreshing.

Montevecchio Frizzante Moscato 2022

Bursting with youthful and vibrant berries, with a pinch of savoury five spice this dry with a lovely elegance to it. Drink this with your fancy friends on a crisp Sunday afternoon, ideally at their country house, but the park will do just fine too.

But Fervor smooths over any inter-region divide here–in Australia at least. Flavours are all dark cherry, but it’s juicy and light with just a smidge of tannin. Will blow your Sangiovese-loving-love away.

Fervor Nonna Lou Nero Sagrantino 2022

Aged in French barriques and comes with a nose of smokey spice, charcuterie and some woodland notes. The Ghost guys have really hit their straps with this one, it’s all blood plum and blackberries eaten on the farm, fresh from the pickers’ hands. There’s also some elevating black pepper spice and tannins that develop on the palate.
