Cassis flavours and bright with dense virid leaves and elderflower blossoms dotted throughout and some ripe citrus. It’s a cornucopia of flavours that goes perfectly with a splash of (flavoured?) tonic over ice, or a spritz of your creation – we suggest something with a little bitter lemon.

Soft and fleshy, a compote of plummy rich fruit and little warming, clove spices. From the Province of Pescara which is by the Adriatic, and has that typical ancient beauty – picture a hillside covered in centuries-old homes, surround by forest.

The prettiest Cuvee in Phillipe’s array. Roses and berries are brushed with sandstone pumice tannins. There’s also a fine woven acidity and more strawberries that are layered with green herbs. Truly delicious.
