Fruit was hand picked, and features 25% whole bunch. The wine was cold-soaked in open fermenters, plunged, and fermented by wild yeast. The wine was kept on lees in 35% new French oak, and 65% older French oak for seven months It's a wine that compels you the moment it hits the glass. Ripe plums and luscious boysenberry are just the tip of the iceberg, giving way to a nuanced complexity and mouth-filling tannins. Rich, while maintaining a balanced freshness.
