Unashamedly rich thanks to some time in new and old oak, and 11 months on lees. Think cashew meal and sublime stone fruits in an almost syrupy texture that will glide down and fill your soul with sunny flavours.

Sweet, plummy fruits and a loose-knit texture. It’s LoFi and a little funky but it’s Shiraz for all in our opinion, you just need to be open to a different take. Pour for blue fruits, sage and tapenade that warm the soul. Drink it on the couch with a good movie and better friends.

Pillowy and long. Adored by our staff at a recent training night. This feels like napping on a giant, juicy berry. Wine was fermented 100% whole bunch and very gently caressed, rather than agitated. Very inviting for light red lovers but big and velvety for bolder variety drinkers too.

Earthy, minerally with slate and just a little funky. It's delicate like Pinot but with that forest floor vibes we love. This isn't pretty, but there's more than enough to love, especially if you're into light Grenaches, mushrooms If you want to clean it up, put in your cellar for a couple of years. Nouveau Aussie Chardonnay if there ever was one! Complete with a little something intriguing on the nose, but some good herby, waxy citrus and a sandy, savoury grip you'll love if you're into a bit of LoFi funk and something that's ruffled, crinkled as opposed to ironed smooth trad chardys.

Really cool dinner wine for teetotallers and light-red lovers in general! Soft feels and a gentle, savoury quality. Despite the non-alc, there are decent tannins that present chalky.

Light, crisp green apples and loose bubbles that make for a gentle fizz. Very cool wine that has just a note of apple danish, or poached apple in there. Dry and clean. Brilliant.
